I was born and raised in Calgary, AB. I grew up in a Korean household filled with fermenting, gardening and learned how to cook at a young age from my father, mother and grandmother. I loved cooking with my father when I was young- we always pretended we were on a cooking show and tasted everything we cooked like we were professionals. Shortly after he passed away, I decided to pursue both of our dreams and went to Culinary School. Graduated with honours and high academic stand points from all my Chefs, helped run my moms restaurant in Airdrie which was the first Japanese restaurant to open there. Here I am now opening my own business so here it is. I hope you enjoy what I have to offer!
